We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

How to order

From the products page, click on the Buy Now button for each item you wish to order. You will be asked for the quantity. When you have completed your shopping, just click on the Check out button. You’ll then be asked for your name, address, shipping method and credit card information. This information will be gathered on our secure server using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You will receive an email confirming your order. Your credit card statement will show a charge from TriLab Productions.

Domestic Shipping

Our standard shipping is UPS Ground shipping on all orders to be delivered in the United States. All orders received by 4:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day. We will email you a UPS tracking number.

FedEx Standard Overnight- $30 minimum

Delivery by 3:00 PM

FedEx Priority Overnight- $34 minimum

International Shipping

We accept orders from all over the world. You will receive a tracking number via email. Here are the available shipping methods all based on weight:

International Express Mail(for all overseas orders) - $34 minimum

Customs cleared delivery. You are responsible for duties, and taxes in your country. Allow 4-5 days for delivery

Sales Tax Policy

Shipments to Louisiana include 4% tax computed before adding the shipping charges.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will refund 100% of your purchase price not including shipping costs. Please return items in original packaging. To receive a full refund we must received item in original condition. Include a copy of the invoice or a note stating your order number, name, address, telephone number, email address, and reason for return.

In the unlikely event that your shipment is received damaged, please notify us immediately at 318-603-0236. Please note your order number, and description of the damages. We will have the merchandise picked up and we will promptly ship a replacement at no charge. Please do not throw out the box or packaging material. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
